If you do not see your insurance on the list please call our office at 763-559-0775 and we can confirm if we are providers for your insurance or if we would be considered out of network.

We also accept assignment of benefits which means at the time of your visits, you will be asked to pay only the estimated portion that insurance is not expected to cover. We will then file your insurance for you. Upon payment from them, any remaining balance will be due from you.
